THE SECRET OF OUR PIZZAS​

Our pizzas are made with a slow rising method, 48 hours (medium time) and prepared with 3 types of highly digestible dough, thanks to the quality flour: classic dough, timilia(duram wheat flour), and multigrain.
Seasoned with genuine and selected ingredients, they are prepared by the master pizza chef Giuseppe, an expert in cooking methods and the secrets of the wood-burning oven.
