RESTAURANT LOCATED IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF CATANIA

The idea was born in June 2016 by Raffaella Sciuto, TUMAPERSA which aims to go beyond the ordinary cliché of traditional catering, to better develop the project idea: to celebrate and enhance products, ingredients, gastronomic and culinary traditions of the authentic Sicilian cuisine.

We like to “walk” through this infinite journey of taste and memory, always looking for ancient and now lost regional recipes, often cleverly revisited, without ever losing sight of the initial goal: delighting senses and intellect of our guests, in the sacred name of the true Sicilian typical cuisine which is famous and appreciated throughout the world.
